I’ve have been a fan of Hourglass as long as I can remember. I would purchase Hourglass products at Liberty London during my bleisure trips to London. Loved for the highlighters, blushers, refillable lipsticks, Hourglass combines science, luxury, and beauty to create the most magnificent make-up. Blending active ingredients with technology, the products make for flawless skin. There is a range of products I’ve had the pleasure of trying extensively. From the seamless finish foundation sticks, the Vanish airbrush concealers, and corrective concealers, to the high shine volumizing lip gloss and the lip treatment oil.
Vanish Seamless Finish Foundation Stick
The stick has the fluidity of a liquid and the weightless transparency of a powder. I love the fact that it’s long-wearing and waterproof providing the exact coverage you need. The pigment is concentrated and will give your skin that full coverage with a dewy finish. (€ 51,50)
Airbrush Concealer might feel like full coverage concealer but it doesn’t have to be if you use a little, not a lot. It’s weightless and contains micro-spherical powders that blur and brighten for up to 16 hours. It helps to conceal dark circles and brightens to the eye area. You can also use the concealer on blemishes and imperfections but I would recommend using the corrective concealer for that. I’ve tried the colors, Sable and Almond. They work magic in covering blemishes and imperfections and come in a convenient carry-along pocket size. (€ 37,50)
Let’s talk about lip colors and care for a minute…
The Unreal High Shine Volumizing Lip Gloss has an amazing non -sticky consistency. I have been wearing it on it’s own or paired with my favorite semi -matte lipsticks. As the pigment is high and color-true, it adds a great sheen to lips while nourishing at the same time. I am hooked. (€ 33,50)
Have you ever tried the No.28 lip treatment oil? It’s a must-have anti-aging treatment for lips that combines essential oils, vitamins, and three powerful active ingredients in a luxurious oil blend and equipped with an opulent 24-karat gold-plated tip and come in six shades.
Number 28 refers to the 28 beneficial ingredients that soften and hydrate the lips to the max. 14 essential oils, 10 lipid-rich plant oils, and four nourishing vitamins. This should definitely go on your bucket list. Due to the extra benefits I think it’s highly recommendable as the fall season just kicked in. (€ 55,50)
New: Ambient lightning blush in the color At Night. (see the first picture)
As I mentioned in my IGTV (@ amanda rijff) review I am impressed by the consistency. The blush and highlighter in one are like a veil on the skin. The texture is extremely soft yet pigmented. A little goes a long way. The result is seamless, soft-focus, and multidimensional color.(€ 43,50)
