Skins x Essential Parfums reimagines the classic tea accord into something sharper, more sensual, and undeniably modern with Osmanthus Absolu.
This collaboration strips perfume back to what matters: the nose. Géraldine Archambault (Essential Parfums) and Philip Hillege (Skins) gave perfumer Mathieu Nardin full creative freedom, and it shows. Nardin, born in Grasse, is known for twisting naturals into something unexpected. Here, he takes osmanthus, a flower traditionally used to scent tea and pushes it far beyond its comfort zone.

It opens bright: bergamot and cardamom, crisp and clean. Then osmanthus takes over with apricot and peach, but edged with a soft, almost skin-like leather nuance. Just when it feels familiar, a smoky black tea accord cuts through, adding dryness and tension. Cedarwood and a subtle touch of vanilla leave a warm, addictive trail.
“I wanted a modern tea accord,” says Mathieu Nardin. “Where freshness meets depth—where osmanthus reveals both its light and its shadow.”

With 88% natural-origin ingredients and advanced extraction techniques from Mane, Osmanthus Absolu balances innovation with responsibility, without ever compromising on sensuality. Its fruity, floral and smokey. Tea is rewritten and you’ll love it. (100 ml | € 94)
