Goop Beauty: High-Performance Skincare with a Holistic Vision

I’ve been a fan of the Goop Beauty Youth Boost Peptide Serum for many years and for very good reason. This all-in-one peptide serum takes a 360° approach to youthful, healthy-looking skin: targeting firmness, elasticity, wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, texture, radiance, barrier support and more. Even plastic surgeon Dr. Julius Few (who oversaw its clinical trial) remarked: “These are some of the most powerful results we’ve ever seen with a topical treatment.”

Formulated with peptides, micro-algae for firming and lift, black tea ferment and niacinamide for glow and even complexion, along with ceramides for barrier support, this serum works beautifully for all ages, tones and skin types (yes, even sensitive) (30 ml | €180).

And alongside it, here are two currently favourite ritual pieces of mine:

The Microderm Instant Glow Exfoliator is a dual-action at-home microdermabrasion-inspired exfoliator for the face: physical (micro-mineral scrub) + chemical (glycolic acid) actions that polish away dullness and refine texture. (50 ml | €150)

Goop Beauty Microderm Instant Glow Body Polish is the body version of the above, a body-wash that exfoliates, cleanses and moisturises, leaving skin soft, smooth and glowing.
(180 ml | €58)

Why I love them together: The exfoliator clears the way for actives (like the peptide serum) to penetrate and perform better; the body polish extends the ritual to skin beyond the face; and the peptide serum is the core of the “firm-and-lift, glow-and-restore” cycle I follow. In short: ritual + performance.

Founded by Gwyneth Paltrow in 2008, Goop Beauty blends ingredients with botanical excellence. Its mission: supporting women, and where beauty is not separate from well-being but an essential part of daily care and balance. It’s not about perfection, but resilience and the celebration of skin in all its beauty-rich complexity. A big applause for that.
