SANT ROCH: Paris Turns Up the Heat & and the Ice

Opening March 2, 2026, at 8 rue Saint-Roch (facing the Tuileries Garden), Sant Roch introduces contrast therapy to France with unapologetic scale: 400 sqm across two levels, housing the largest sauna in the country (over 60 sqm) and five cold plunge pools kept between 3°C and 8°C.

Behind the project are Jules Bouscatel and Chloé Bouscatel, founders of Monday Sports Club. With Sant Roch, they pivot from performance to presence. Heat and cold as tools for regeneration, grounding and deep relaxation. The ritual is simple: hot. cold. trance.

Immersive lighting, sound and aromatherapy elevate the sauna experience, while guided sessions combining breath work, meditation and embodied movement for a full nervous-system reset.

Design matters, too: the artistic direction is by Olivier Léone and architecture by Futurstudio, created a restrained, contemporary sanctuary.
